Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
